Two weeks later, a clearer picture of the Ukraine scandal

Your Home Intelligence Committee heard from 2 specialists in U.S.-Ukraine affairs Thursday, beginning with statement from former National Security Council Russia adviser Fiona Hill about breaches of regular conduct that worried her.

David Holmes, therapist for political affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, likewise affirmed, explaining a phone call in which President Trump inquired about “examinations,” in addition to the issue of the embassy as it became clear that the president was pushing Ukraine to investigate Democratic rivals.

” I think one of the most amazing things is the facts are not actually in conflict here,” intelligence reporter Shane Harris says. “Even Republican members, who are the most defensive of the president in this story, aren’t really disputing that what these witnesses say is accurate or to the best of their recollection is accurate. It’s really about the interpretation of these facts.”

Why Amazon fails to ferret out phonies

Who amongst us hasn’t examined to see whether, somewhere in the deep corners of the Internet, there’s a deal on a pair of boots, a cool watch or a protein supplement that you could not get in other places?

As technology author Jay Greene reports, sometimes those deals exist only since those products are phonies. “And it’s exceptional to me how definitely easy it is to find apparent fake products on Amazon,” a business he states has invested less than what genuine sellers would wish to combat the sale of knockoffs.
